Le tableau est vraiment joli, le cadre noir mat est élégant. Seul bémol : les accroches au dos sont un peu légères pour les grands formats. Sinon tout est parfait.

Do I need a photo to create a gift?
No. With "My idea", describe your idea in a few words or pick a theme and a style: we create the design for you. With "My photo", you start from one of your own photos.
Can I see the result before ordering?
Yes, always. Your creation is shown directly on the product, from several angles. You can edit it or create a new version before confirming.
How many creations can I make for free?
Without an account, you get one free creation per day. With a free account, you get 3 per day, and your loyalty points let you unlock more.
Which products can I personalise?
Mugs, posters, canvas prints, phone cases, mouse pads, tumblers, bottles… the range grows regularly. Find every available product, with its sizes and models, in our shop.
How long does delivery take?
Every gift is made to order. Allow 3 to 9 days depending on the product, and up to 20 days for some large canvas prints. The exact delivery time is shown on each product before payment, and you receive the parcel tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you deliver and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver to all 27 European Union countries and to Canada. In the European Union, delivery is tracked and costs €5.90, €7.90 or €24.90 depending on the product (+ €2.90 for each extra item). In Canada, prices and delivery are in Canadian dollars, depending on the product, and import taxes may be charged on delivery. The exact amount is shown before payment.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, with secure payment. Your gift goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Every product is made just for you, so it can't be returned simply because you changed your mind. However, if it arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, we will replace it or refund you.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email us at community@customiizer.com with photos of the product and your order number. Once checked, we send you a new product free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Can I use any photo?
Use photos you took yourself or have the right to use. Offensive or illegal content is refused. For a sharp result, choose a good-quality photo rather than a screenshot.
