These terms and conditions set out how the Customiizer website may be used, as well as the terms applicable to any order for personalised products placed through our platform. They govern the contractual relationship between Customiizer and its customers, from browsing to delivery of the products.

The website is available 24/7, except during maintenance or in cases of force majeure.
The products offered on the website are personalised on demand from images generated by artificial intelligence or supplied by the customer. These images are then applied to various physical items (mugs, phone cases, etc.), creating a unique object that matches the customer's choices.
The creation process is supported by an interface that lets the user preview the final result before confirming. Customiizer strives to faithfully reproduce the approved design, but minor variations may occur due to the technical constraints of printing.
The customer is fully responsible for the content they add (text, images, designs) and guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to it. Any illegal or offensive content will be automatically rejected. No return or change can be accepted once the order is confirmed, except in the case of an obvious defect or an error attributable to Customiizer.
Product prices are shown in euros including all taxes and are those in force when the order is confirmed. Customiizer reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no impact on orders already placed. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and can be made by card, PayPal or any other secure method offered on the website. No product will be made or shipped before full payment is received.
For deliveries to Canada, prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD), without European VAT. They are based on the euro prices at the European Central Bank's reference rate of the day and may therefore vary slightly from one day to the next; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed. The Canadian taxes and import fees described in article 6 are not included in the price.
Delivery times are given as an indication and vary depending on the product, the level of personalisation, the destination country and the selected carrier. Customiizer does its utmost to meet these times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure. Delivery tracking is sent by email as soon as the parcel ships.
Customiizer delivers to all 27 European Union countries and to Canada, except for territories outside the EU customs and tax union (notably the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland Islands, Mount Athos, Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Büsingen and Heligoland). Delivery times shown on product pages are those for France; for other countries, the estimated delivery time is shown again before payment. For Canada, most products are made and shipped from the United States: Canadian sales taxes (GST, HST or QST), any customs duties and clearance fees may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These amounts, set by the Canadian authorities and the carrier, are payable by the recipient. A parcel refused for this reason cannot be refunded, as the products are personalised (article 7).
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Consequently, orders placed on Customiizer cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind.
Orders cannot be cancelled simply because of a change of mind (personalised products, see article 7). In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage or non-conformity, contact community@customiizer.com — reporting it quickly makes things easier but does not limit your legal rights, including the two-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the European Union. Customiizer remains your point of contact for any order until it is received, including when production, transport or payment are handled by third-party providers. Customiizer accepts no liability for damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided, within the limits set by applicable law.
The content of the Customiizer website, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, technologies and generated models, is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited. The customer guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to any image or text used for personalisation.
Personal information collected for orders is handled with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers can access, modify or request the deletion of their data at any time by emailing community@customiizer.com. For more details, see our privacy policy.
The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (cart, login, security). No analytics or advertising cookies are used at this time. Details are available on our cookie settings page.
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. This clause does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence where European law allows them to bring proceedings before their own courts.
